Travel tips: eyeshadow palette

Travel tips: eyeshadow palette

When I’m at home I use my large MAC palettes very often because my favorite eyeshadows are in there. So when I’m going on vacation I would love to bring them, but what If my suitcase get lost, or the eyeshadows get damaged? MAC also sells small palettes!

These are my two large eyeshadow palettes. They can both hold 15 eyeshadows, though mine are not completely filled. I use them a lot as you can see in the picture. The eyeshadows are mainly from MAC but there are also some eyeshadows I ordered online (from an unknown brand I can’t remember) and one or two from The Body Shop.

When I’m going for a short trip or a longer vacation I use one or two of these smaller palettes. This way you don’t have to bring the large palettes. They can hold 4 eyeshadows each and have a clear front, making it easy to see whats inside. To me they also seem to be stronger than the large palettes. You can buy them for €6,50 or $9.00 at MAC.

For my vacation to Eilat I decided to bring both of my small palettes. The first one contains a highlighter called Shroom and some warm colors: Sable, Expensive Pink and Bronze, all from MAC.

The second palette I filled with a neutral color called All That Glitters, a pink color called Star Violet, a taupe color called Satin Taupe and a black one called Carbon. That last one is broken as you can see in the picture. That happened during a previous trip and I would hate it if that would happen to all of my eyeshadows.
